Message From Dr. Sikka

We know you have been anxiously waiting for the opening of our new clinic. My team and I are working diligently to get the office operational as soon as possible. Delays with shipping and inventory availability has pushed back the timeline a bit, but I hope to have things ready to go by April 4th, 2022.

In the meantime, please sign the release of records from North Texas Allergy and Asthma, if you have not already done so. You can find that on their website at https://www.texasallergy.com/contents/resources/patient-form.

Print out the “Request for NTAAA Records Form” and give that to North Texas Allergy and Asthma, and they will process the transfer of records to our new office.

If you are on allergy shots, we will need your help in transferring the serum over to our new office. You simply have to request the release of serum next time you are receiving your allergy shots, and then they will pack everything up for you to bring over.

PLEASE WAIT TO BRING YOUR SERUM UNTIL AFTER APRIL 4, 2022.

If you cannot make it to our office that same day you pick up your serum from North Texas Allergy and Asthma, simply refrigerate the bottles until you can come to our office.

If you are on biologics, such as Xolair, Nucala, or Fasenra, please wait until we call you to schedule an appointment, to arrange for the transfer, as that requires a bit more logistics to arrange.
