Dr. Sikka received his Doctor of Medicine from Bangalore University, M.S. Ramaiah Medical School, then returned to Michigan to complete his training. He successfully completed both his internship and residency in internal medicine at Henry Ford Hospital, then stayed at the same hospital to complete his fellowship in allergy and immunology. During his second year of fellowship training, he was awarded the honor of chief fellow. Dr. Sikka is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and the American Board of Allergy and Immunology.
Following his fellowship training, Dr. Sikka moved to St. Paul, Minnesota, where he worked for five years at the renowned St. Paul Allergy and Asthma Clinic. He brought his experience and expertise to North Texas and has been practicing for 8 years to continue to treat asthma and allergies, preventing allergic reactions, and helping children and adults stay active and healthy in spite of allergies. When he’s not busy helping patients, Dr. Sikka looks forward to spending time with his family, playing tennis and golf, reading, and enjoying new restaurants.
